AI for operations and planning
Work orders, briefings and materials: the back and forth between the office and the field.
Those hours go into steering the day when something changes, instead of into sending briefings and work orders around.
Operations and planning is a department in Altramano with 11 ready-made templates for work orders, briefings and materials.
What runs on its own
- Work orders or assignments from the mail into a table or the planning.
- A daily briefing per engineer, driver or project leader with today's appointments and the context from mail and CRM.
- Checking material orders against the order.
- Turning a planning in Excel into a readable dashboard for the team leader.
- Reporting work complete through a form and preparing the invoice.
11 templates for this department
Every template comes with a manual in plain English. Choose one, point it at one or two integrations, fill in three settings at most.
| Sjabloon | Soort | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Request → work order and assignment | automation + assistant | A request through a form or by mail becomes a work order in the table, with a proposal for which engineer picks it up. |
| Photos and documents → customer folder | automation | Attachments from mail with a work order number in the subject land in that customer's folder automatically. |
| Materials and purchasing → approval → supplier | automation | A materials request goes to the supplier as an order once approved. |
| Materials questions (price list) | AI agent | An assistant that answers materials questions from the price list and catalogues in its knowledge base. |
| Approve additional work | automation | Additional work from an engineer goes past the planner first and then to the customer as a confirmation. |
| Handover checklist → PDF | automation | At handover the engineer fills in a checklist; a PDF appears for the customer and the dossier. |
| Planning questions | AI agent | An assistant that answers questions about the planning from the Work orders table. |
| Recurring maintenance and the annual call | automation | Maintenance contracts in a table; a call to the customer six weeks beforehand, for approval. |
| Hours → weekly timesheet | automation | Engineers report hours through a form; every Friday the weekly timesheet per engineer is ready. |
| Weekly planning to the team | automation | Every Friday each engineer gets next week's planning by mail, for the planner's approval. |
| Work instructions | AI agent | An assistant that gives step-by-step work instructions from your manuals and safety rules. |

One workspace
Everything in one place.
What you see on this page happens in one place. You ask the Studio, automations and AI agents do the work, and what your systems cannot do, you add with an app. Everything works with your Company Brain and with the systems you already have.
Start with what you need now. The rest is already included.
See what is in each tierYou set the limit
What falls within it runs by itself. What falls outside it comes to you first.
For example: it books invoices under €1,000 straight through; above that, they come to you first. You choose that amount yourself. You can look back at everything that has happened.
Frequently asked questions
Our field staff do not have a laptop.
Briefings and forms work on the phone, through WhatsApp or mail. Nobody has to learn anything new.
Does it work with our planning software?
If it offers an integration or an export. Otherwise we keep the planning in Tables beside your system.
What about urgent work?
Urgency stays human work. The automation marks it and passes it on; the planner decides.
What if the AI makes a mistake?
You set the limit. Above it, it comes to you first, and you can look back at everything.
Is this yet another system?
No. Your systems stay. Altramano does the work between them, and builds what you are missing.
Are we allowed to do this with our customer data?
Your own environment is in Amsterdam. If the data has to stay in the EU, Altramano only uses providers that process in the EU.
