What it does

Every request (through the form) becomes a row in the "Work orders" table with a short description and a proposal for the engineer, based on that description. The planner gets a notification.

How does assigning service requests automatically work with AI?

An AI agent works with its own instructions and its own sources, which you start in the Studio or from an automation.
