Your own environment
- Own address, own database, own storage; hosting in Amsterdam.
- No shared cloud, no shared database.
- Fonts are loaded from your own environment; nothing goes to an external service.
- Run data is cleared automatically after an adjustable period (30 days by default).
- Leaving is possible: the data belongs to the customer and can be exported.
AI models
- Altramano works with more than ten AI providers. We choose the model that suits each task, or you decide which models may be used. If the data has to stay in the EU, Altramano only uses providers that process in the EU. A key of your own with a provider is possible too.
- Which model is used can be set per purpose.
- Usage is visible per source, per project and per model, with a notice before you approach the limit of your tier.
You set the limit
- You set the limit. What falls within it runs by itself. What falls outside it comes to you first. You set the limit per automation, per agent and per app.
- An automation only goes live after an explicit approval that the system enforces.
- Every run can be read back, step by step: what went in, what came out.
- Above the limit, a person decides. That matches what the GDPR and the AI Act ask of organisations: knowing what is happening, who is responsible and being able to step in.
Access
- Logging in with email and two-step verification (authenticator app or email code, which can be made compulsory) or with the Microsoft work account.
- Invitations only on your own domain.
- Roles and permissions per department (none, read, edit, manage) and separate administrator roles, so that someone can manage users without seeing AI keys.
- An integration with an accounting package runs through that package's own official login, with only the permissions that are needed, and can be withdrawn in one click.
- Keys and passwords are stored encrypted and never logged.
- What an administrator can and cannot see of employees is set out under what your employees can expect.

How do you keep AI under control in your own company?

Can we leave again?
Yes. The data belongs to the customer and can be exported. You withdraw integrations with your systems in one click.
