Does this work with our existing Microsoft 365?
Copilot sits on top of Microsoft 365 and has its own licence per user. Which people need one, we decide during the scan — that is usually not the whole company.
Why Copilot and not something else?
Because it sits in the mail and the documents your team works in all day anyway. For longer texts companies often put something else alongside it.
Does Copilot see all our files?
It works with what an employee is allowed to see themselves. That is why we also look at your permissions and shared folders during the training — that is usually where the surprises come from.
What if the answer is wrong?
That happens, and checking is a fixed part of the day. Especially in Excel, where a mistake looks just as convincing as a right answer.
