Altramano is an AI workspace for small and medium-sized companies: AI agents and automations that take over the recurring work, apps for what your packages cannot do, and a Company Brain that everything sticks to. In your own environment and within the limit you set.
Your data sits in your books, your mailbox, your planning and your webshop. Every system does its own job well.
1 · Connect. You connect the systems you already use, with the login you already have. Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, your accounting package, your CRM. In a few minutes.
2 · Choose. You choose one of the 154 templates that are ready, or you describe in plain English what you need. For example: “Book purchase invoices under €1,000 straight away. Put the rest in front of me.” You choose that amount yourself.
3 · Let it run — the Studio. You see the outcome first: a dashboard, a report, a clean file. If it is right, you turn it into an automation. That only goes live after your approval.
For your industry too: Installation companies · Accountancy firms · Wholesalers · Care practices
All 20 industriesAn AI agent reads the enquiry, writes the reply and makes the quote. In your tone and with your prices, from the Company Brain.

You set the limit. What falls within it runs by itself. What falls outside it, like this invoice of €4,812.60, comes to you first.

Day 1 — your environment is up. On your own address, within a day.
Connect. Microsoft or Google, your accounting package, and your CRM or webshop if you have one.
Choose. Three to five templates from the departments where most of the time leaks away, with a manual.
The Studio. Your first dashboard on your own figures. From there it grows by itself.
Your planning stays. What it cannot do, you build on: an app that reads from it and writes back into it. If you have no system for something yet, you start there with an app.

Five questions, no email address. You see straight away what can run on its own first.
Your systems stay; Altramano does the work between them.
Yes. Your data sits in your own environment in Amsterdam, not in a shared cloud. If the data has to stay in the EU, Altramano only uses providers that process in the EU. Everything that goes out is approved by you first, and every run can be read back. That is exactly what the GDPR asks of you: knowing what is happening and being able to step in.
Copilot works inside your Microsoft documents. Altramano works between all your systems: it pulls work out of your mailbox, your books and your planning, delivers real files and automations, and keeps a record of what happened. They do not clash; Microsoft 365 is one of the integrations.
For Dutch small and medium-sized companies of roughly 15 to 250 employees, in any industry. An installation company, an accountancy firm, a wholesaler and a care practice have the same departments and lose the same hours in them. Above that it becomes custom work through Altramano.
No. You describe in plain English what you need, or you choose a template with a manual. The Studio asks the questions it needs and builds it. If you want to see how a calculation came about, it is set out readably alongside.
Your environment is up within a day. Connecting takes a few minutes per system. You make the first dashboard on your own figures the same day, in the Studio. The first week takes attention, to connect integrations and choose templates; after that that week earns itself back every month.
No. What starts running on its own is the work that comes back every day: retyping, forwarding, looking things up. What stays is the work someone has to form a judgement about — and that is also the work you hired your people for. Most companies use the hours they gain to take on more work without having to look for extra people.
