AI literacy runs through the whole day: what the system does, where it goes wrong, and when a person decides. That is not a block of theory but comes back in every exercise.
After four to six weeks we come back for the check-in.

Frequently asked questions
Half our team already uses it. Is a training still worth it?
Usually all the more. People who worked it out themselves use it for a quarter of what it can do and have no agreements about what may go in. We put both right in one day.
Is a free account allowed?
Practising is fine, but for work with company data we recommend a business variant. Which one that becomes, we decide during the scan.
What if people get nonsense out of it?
That comes with it and it is one of the things we practise. The difference lies in recognising that something is wrong and knowing how to check it.
Can we combine this with Copilot?
Yes, and it happens often: Copilot in Microsoft 365 for mail and documents, ChatGPT alongside it for longer texts. During the scan we divide up who uses what.
