Stock monitor
Flags shortages in your stock and prepares an order proposal with the regular supplier.
Saves, estimated: ± 1 hour a week, and fewer lost sales
Stock monitor is an AI agent from Altramano for operations and planning. An AI agent does a task that involves reading, assessing or writing, such as assessing an enquiry or drafting a reply. It puts it in front of you, or does it itself if you want it to.
What it does
- Reads the stock levels from your web shop or your table.
- Sees which items drop below the limit you have set.
- Makes an order proposal per supplier, with quantities based on usage.
- Puts the proposal in front of you, so you order in one go.
An example
- In
- Wednesday: six items below the minimum stock, from two suppliers.
- Out
- Two order proposals with quantities for three weeks' usage, for approval.

Frequently asked questions
How does it work out the quantities?
From the usage of the past weeks and the supplier's delivery time. You adjust where you want.
Does it work with my web shop?
With Shopify and WooCommerce. Otherwise it reads a table or an export of your stock.
Can it send the order itself?
Once you approve, it can send the mail to the supplier. Ordering without approval it does not do.
