Project monitor
Puts the progress and the budget of every project next to what has actually been spent, and warns in time.
Saves, estimated: ± 1 hour a week per project manager
Project monitor is an AI agent from Altramano for operations and planning. An AI agent does a task that involves reading, assessing or writing, such as assessing an enquiry or drafting a reply. It puts it in front of you, or does it itself if you want it to.
What it does
- Reads per project the budgeted hours and costs and what has been booked so far.
- Calculates how far the project is and whether the budget still covers the rest.
- Warns about a project that threatens to go over budget, with the reason.
- Gives a weekly overview of all running projects.
An example
- In
- A project with 320 budgeted hours, of which 280 booked, and the work 70 percent done.
- Out
- A warning: at this pace the project will cost 400 hours. With the hours per phase attached.

Frequently asked questions
Where does it get the hours?
From your hours table or your project system, and the costs from your accounting package.
How does it know how far a project is?
From the phase or the percentage the project manager keeps. Without that it only counts hours and budget, and says so.
Can I set the limit?
Yes. For instance a warning at 80 percent of the budget, or at a deviation of 10 percent.
