Job request processor
Puts requests and jobs from the mail into the right list, with address, contact person and what needs doing.
Saves, estimated: ± 2 hours a week
Job request processor is an AI agent from Altramano for operations and planning. An AI agent does a task that involves reading, assessing or writing, such as assessing an enquiry or drafting a reply. It puts it in front of you, or does it itself if you want it to.
What it does
- Reads a request or job that arrives by mail, even as an attachment.
- Picks out who the customer is, where it is and what is being asked.
- Puts the job in the list or on the board you use, with the right colleague attached.
- Asks the customer for what is missing, such as an address or a phone number.
An example
- In
- A mail from a housing association: the boiler in the stairwell is not working, this week please.
- Out
- A job in your list with address, contact person and urgency, and a confirmation to the customer for approval.
Integrations it uses

Microsoft OutlookFind, send, answer and draft mail in Outlook and pull attachments, with a trigger on new mail.

Where the limit lies
The job it puts in the list; the confirmation to the customer passes you until you let it go by itself.
Templates it bundles

Frequently asked questions
Does it work with my own list or board?
With To Do, Trello and Asana, or with a table in your own environment. In the demo we look at what you use now.
What if a mail is not a job?
Then it leaves it. Only mails that ask for work it converts. If in doubt, it asks you.
Can it also create a job from a phone call?
If you type or dictate it briefly, yes. Answering the phone itself it does not do.
