The Studio builds it, whether it is a dashboard, an automation, an agent or an app. With something new or something risky, you see a plan first.

Every outcome sits in the panel on the right, with versions, a download button and the calculation behind it. The Studio never does sums in its head: every calculation sits in a script you can read back and that runs again for every new version. If you want something different, you say so. The original is kept.

You do not have to choose the AI

Altramano works with more than ten AI providers. We choose the model that suits each task, or you decide which models may be used. If the data has to stay in the EU, Altramano only uses providers that process in the EU. A simple question does not get a heavy model, and where accuracy matters, it does not economise. You see per assignment what was used.

From outcome to automation

If the report is right, you ask the Studio to turn it into an automation: the same report every Monday at 08:00, the same CSV on every new invoice, the same check on every form submission. The Studio knows the integrations and what they can do, builds the automation step by step, tests it against your real integration and only publishes it once you say yes. Nothing goes live without your approval; the system enforces that.

What can you ask the Studio?

Anything you can describe in plain language: an answer from your own systems and documents, a dashboard, a report in Word or PDF, a cleaned-up Excel file, a calculator, a letter or an automation. Work that asks for judgement gets an AI agent; what your package cannot do becomes an app. The Studio shows the calculation, and with something new you see a plan first.

Frequently asked questions

Which files can I upload?

Excel, CSV, Word and PDF, up to 25 MB and up to a hundred thousand rows. The Studio recognises header rows that are not on row one, merged cells and total rows. Dutch dates, commas and leading zeros are preserved.

Is the calculation right?

Every sum sits in a script you can read back and that runs again for every version. The Studio never does sums in its head. If you see a discrepancy, you say so and a new version follows; the original stays.

Can I share the dashboard with colleagues?

Yes. A dashboard is a page in your own environment; colleagues with the right role can see it. You can also send it as a PDF, or have it refreshed and mailed automatically every week.

Does my file go to an AI supplier?

Only what that question needs. Altramano works with more than ten AI providers. We choose the model that suits each task, or you decide which models may be used. If the data has to stay in the EU, Altramano only uses providers that process in the EU. The usage sits in your subscription; if you would rather use your own key with your own AI supplier, that is possible. Beyond that your data sits only in your own environment in Amsterdam.

What if I do not have any data to hand?

Then the Studio builds the design on example data, clearly marked. You see first whether it is what you meant, and then put it on your real figures.

Bring an export, for example your outstanding items, and ask for an overview. If it is right, you turn it into an automation. That way it grows along by itself.
