What is a company brain?
The Company Brain is the place that says how you work: house style, prices, working agreements and rules. Everything in Altramano sticks to it. The AI in Altramano reads that brain for every question and every task. That way it writes in your tone, uses your templates and keeps to your rules.
What it gives you
Without a brain: Every quote looks different.
With the Company Brain: Every quote in your tone and house style.
Without a brain: The answer sits in someone's head.
With the Company Brain: Everyone gets an answer from your own knowledge, with the source alongside.
Without a brain: An AI tool does not know your rules.
With the Company Brain: Anything above your limit goes to the right person first.
Without a brain: New colleagues ask about everything.
With the Company Brain: New colleagues ask the chat and get their own starter set.
What is in it
Four parts. You decide what goes in.

Everything works with the brain
The Studio, your AI agents, automations, apps and the chat all work with the same brain. You recognise it by the label Follows your Company Brain.

Start with the brain
We start together with your profile, your writing style and what is allowed. From that moment the AI in Altramano writes the way you do. You add knowledge and templates later.
Part of Altramano
The Company Brain is one part of your workspace.
In the same place you ask the Studio for things, your automations run, you put AI agents to work and you build apps. They all stick to the brain, and work with the systems you already have.
Start with what you need now. The rest is already included.
See what is in each tierYou set the limit
What falls within it runs by itself. What falls outside it comes to you first.
You set down what the AI may do by itself, and what it asks permission for first. Nothing goes live before you publish.
Frequently asked questions
Does everything have to be filled in straight away?
No. We start together with your profile, your writing style and what is allowed. You add knowledge and templates later. Empty parts show an example.
What else is in the brain?
Your company profile and your own terms, templates for work that keeps coming back and a starter set for new colleagues. Quotes and invoices come from fixed templates: the AI fills in only the free fields, and fixed parts such as the invoice requirements always stay correct. After writing, the platform checks the text against your rules.
What may the AI do by itself?
You choose that with a preset: Cautious, Standard or Generous. You set budgets and put the data that must never be entered on the list. The platform itself recognises data such as a BSN (the Dutch citizen service number).
How does the tip box work?
Colleagues share what works. A tip goes to the administrator or the subject expert first. If it is adopted, it goes in with the name of the person who gave it. There are no tips about safety, laws and money: that stays with the fixed rules.
What if the AI does not know the answer?
Then it says so. An answer that does not come from your brain is marked in the text itself. With Why this answer? you see which documents, tips and rules were used.
What if something is not right?
Change it in a new draft and publish again, or restore an earlier version. If a new rule contradicts an existing one, you see that before publishing.
Can an administrator read conversations?
No. Only through emergency access, with a stated reason, can someone look at them. That is logged and the employee is notified. Every employee can read what the employer can and cannot see, and has a memory of their own that only they see. For the works council and a DPIA there is a draft to have reviewed legally.
What happens when an employee leaves?
Their tips and templates stay, with their name. Their private conversations and their own memory are deleted in line with your retention period.
