Privacy statement

Mijn Software Pakket B.V., established in Bunschoten-Spakenburg (KvK 93015089). This statement describes which data we process from visitors to altramano.com and from customers using the Altramano environment.

Visitors to the website

  • What we process: if you choose "Allow all", we measure how the site is used: which pages you view, where you click, the steps of the scan and the demo form (without what you fill in) and how fast the pages load. With Microsoft Clarity we also make heatmaps and recordings of visits; everything you type is masked in them and never stored. With Leadinfo we see which company visits the site: Leadinfo compares the IP address with public company data. It does not recognise a private person as a company. These measurements do not give us your name or email address. With the demo form: name, email address, company name, phone number, how you found us and whatever else you fill in.
  • What for: to get in touch about your request.
  • How long: we keep the data of a demo request until twelve months after the last contact. Statistics data in Google Analytics is deleted after fourteen months. Recordings and heatmaps in Clarity are kept by Microsoft for Clarity's standard periods. Data on visiting companies is kept by Leadinfo for Leadinfo's standard periods. If a demo request could not be sent by email, it is kept temporarily in a log file on our server, until the next update of the website.
  • Who with: the form is sent to us by email through our mail provider. Beyond that we give your data to nobody. For statistics, recordings of visits and the spam check we work with Google and Microsoft; see Processors.

Processors

For the website we work with these processors:

  • MailerSend, our mail provider: sends the email with your demo request to us.
  • A hosting party with data centres in Amsterdam: that is where the website runs.
  • Google (Google Ireland Limited): Google Analytics for statistics and reCAPTCHA as a spam check on the demo form. Both only take part if you choose "Allow all". Google may process data in the United States; that happens under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. For reCAPTCHA, Google’s privacy policy and terms of service also apply.
  • Microsoft (Microsoft Corporation): Clarity, for heatmaps and recordings of visits. Only if you choose "Allow all". Microsoft may process data outside the EU; that happens under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
  • Leadinfo (Leadinfo B.V.): recognition of visiting companies. Only if you choose "Allow all".

Analytics, Clarity, Leadinfo and reCAPTCHA only take part if you choose "Allow all". Google signals and ad personalisation are off, and Microsoft gets no permission from us for advertising cookies. If you choose "Necessary only", the demo form works as well; we then check for spam ourselves. Which cookies we place, what you can choose and how you change your choice is in the cookie statement.

Customers of the Altramano environment

  • Every customer gets their own environment in Amsterdam; customer data is not shared.
  • Data processed by automations and the Studio stays in that environment. Only the AI supplier chosen by the customer processes the content of a question, with the customer's own key; an EU route is available.
  • Runs are kept for thirty days, adjustable by the customer.
  • For this processing the customer is the controller and Mijn Software Pakket B.V. is the processor; the arrangements are set out in the processing agreement.
