Frequently asked questions

We use a TMS. What does Altramano add?

The work around your TMS: mail into planning, documents into the file, invoice into the books. Your TMS stays in charge.

Can drivers work through WhatsApp?

Yes. WhatsApp is an integration; photos and messages end up with the right run.

What about urgent runs?

The automation marks urgency and passes it on; the planner decides.

What if the AI makes a mistake?

You set the limit. Above it, it comes to you first, and you can look back at everything.

Is this yet another system?

No. Your systems stay. Altramano does the work between them, and builds what you are missing.

Are we allowed to do this with our customer data?

Your own environment is in Amsterdam. If the data has to stay in the EU, Altramano only uses providers that process in the EU.
