AI automation for installation companies

Work orders come in by mail, the planning sits somewhere else, and the engineer rings to ask what he is doing today.

Those hours go into scheduling one extra job a week, instead of retyping work orders in the evening.

5automations that make the difference
Installation companies

Altramano is the AI workplace for installation companies: you connect your mail, your planning and your accounting, and ask in plain language for what you need. Automations, AI agents and apps do the work in between, in your own environment and within the limit you set.

That is where the hours leak away.

You just ask for it

This is how it sounds at installation companies. You ask in plain language for what you need. Altramano takes care of it, within the limit you set.

One workspace

Everything in one place.

What you see on this page happens in one place. You ask the Studio, automations and AI agents do the work, and what your systems cannot do, you add with an app. Everything works with your Company Brain and with the systems you already have.

Start with what you need now. The rest is already included.

See what is in each tier

You set the limit

What falls within it runs by itself. What falls outside it comes to you first.

For example: it books invoices under €1,000 straight through; above that, they come to you first. You choose that amount yourself. You can look back at everything that has happened.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work with our installation software?

With more than 700 integrations and a general HTTP connection, often yes. Industry packages we cannot reach we leave out of scope; then we work with exports, mail and diaries. We go through that in the demo.

Do engineers get access too?

Yes, with a role of their own. The daily briefing comes by mail or Teams; engineers do not have to learn anything new.

What if a fault is urgent?

Urgency stays people's work: the automation marks it and passes it on, but the call-out service decides. We record that in the approval step.

What if the AI makes a mistake?

You set the limit. Above it, it comes to you first, and you can look back at everything.

Is this yet another system?

No. Your systems stay. Altramano does the work between them, and builds what you are missing.

Are we allowed to do this with our customer data?

Your own environment is in Amsterdam. If the data has to stay in the EU, Altramano only uses providers that process in the EU.
