Do we need licences first?
Yes. You arrange a business licence before the training, so that everyone can log in on the day and practise with their own work. We point out which variant suits your team.
What do non-technical people learn?
That group gets the most out of it. It is about having long documents summarised, figures checked and texts rewritten — work everyone recognises.
Can we combine this with ChatGPT or Copilot?
You can, and it often happens. Many companies have Copilot through Microsoft 365 and use something else alongside it for longer texts. During the scan we decide who uses what.
May customer data go into the exercises?
Not in a traceable form. We make the practice files unrecognisable beforehand, so that no customer names or case numbers appear in an exercise.
