An AI agent does a task that involves reading, assessing or writing, such as assessing an enquiry or drafting a reply. It puts it in front of you, or does it itself if you want it to.

This is where it says how you work: house style, prices, working agreements and rules. Everything in Altramano sticks to it.

You set the limit
What falls within it runs by itself. What falls outside it comes to you first.
For example: it books invoices under €1,000 straight through; above that, they come to you first. You choose that amount yourself. You can look back at everything that has happened.

Growing without hiring anyone extra
The work grows and the people are not there: more than half of all vacancies are hard to fill. An administrative employee soon costs an employer €3,500 to €4,000 per month — if you find one at all. From €2,000 per month you absorb the extra work without hiring anyone. And the people you already have do the work you hired them for.
AI usage
AI usage is in the price. Every tier has an upper limit well above normal use, you see this month's usage in your own environment, and you are notified before you come close.
If you go over it once, nothing stops and it costs you nothing. If it happens structurally, that is not a penalty but a signal: a different tier fits better, and we agree that in advance rather than settling up afterwards.
If you would rather use your own key with your own AI supplier, that is possible too. You then pay only for the platform and the usage runs through your own contract, with no margin from us.

Prices exclude VAT, delivered on site in the Netherlands. Every package contains the intake, the training per role, the check-in after four to six weeks and a certificate of attendance for every participant.

Too small or too big?
Frequently asked questions
What decides which tier I fall into?
The number of employees. Up to 25 is Start, up to 75 is Team, up to 250 is Company. Above that, or with requirements that do not fit those, it is Custom. If your company grows within the tier, nothing changes about the price.
What does an extra integration cost?
We go through that in the demo. Most companies start with Microsoft or Google plus their accounting package. That is in every tier.
Do I pay separately for AI usage?
No. It is in the price, up to an upper limit per tier that is well above normal use. You see the usage per source and per model in your environment, and you are notified before you come close to the limit. If it structurally goes over, we look together at the tier that fits better. If you would rather use your own key with your own AI supplier, that is possible too; you then pay only for the platform.
Is there a trial period?
The demo runs on your own file and your own systems, in 30 minutes. After that your environment is up within a day. The first week takes attention; after that it earns itself back every month.
Can I take the training separately from the platform?
Yes. The AI at work training is a separate product from Altramano. Anyone who takes the platform alongside it builds their own automations during the training, in the environment they use every day afterwards.
