Work that is the same every time runs by itself.

Reading an email, creating a work order, filing an invoice in the dossier. Ask for it in the Studio or build it yourself. You always see what happened.

What is an automation?

An automation is a fixed series of steps that starts by itself when something happens: an email comes in, someone fills in a form or it is Monday 08:00. Altramano then does the same thing every time in your own packages. Where you want, it waits for your approval first.

How it works

01

Ask for it in the Studio

Say in plain words what you want. The Studio sets up the steps, and you switch it on.

02

Or build it yourself

Click blocks one below the other: a start, steps in your packages, a choice. No programming needed.

03

Test first, then switch on

Test with an example and see what comes out of each step. If something goes wrong, you read why in one sentence.

Rather have it ready-made? Start with a template.

You see everything that runs

Which automations are on, when they ran and what each step did. If something went wrong, you fix it and run it again.

You set the limit

You set the limit. What falls within it runs by itself. What falls outside it comes to you first. For example: it books invoices under €1,000 straight through; above that, they come to you. You choose that amount yourself.

  • Waits for your approval. Put an approval step wherever you want. The automation waits, for days if need be.

  • Follows your Company Brain. An AI step writes in your tone and keeps to your rules.

  • On and off with one click. You pause an automation whenever you want.

Read about the Company Brain

Automation or AI agent?

Automation

For work that goes exactly the same way every time. Fixed steps, predictable and fast.

AI agent

For work that asks for judgement. The agent chooses the steps itself, within your rules.

See the AI agents

They work together: an automation can contain an AI step.

Start with automations only

Turn on one template, for example purchase invoices into your books. At the start we build the first automations with you. If you want an AI agent or an app later, it is already included.

Part of Altramano

Automations are one part of your workspace.

In the same place you ask the Studio for things, put AI agents to work and build apps. Everything works with your Company Brain and with the systems you already have.

Start with what you need now. The rest is already included.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be able to program?

No. You ask for it in the Studio in plain words, or you click blocks one below the other. Every template has a manual in plain English.

Which packages does it work with?

With 700+ integrations, such as your accounting, CRM, planning and mail. Is your package not among them? Ask us in the demo.

What if a step goes wrong?

Then you see that in the overview, with what went wrong in one sentence. You fix it and run the automation again.

What does an automation cost?

Nothing extra. You pay one fixed price per month and add as many as you like yourself. You do not settle up per automation.

Can I adjust a template?

Yes. A template is an ordinary automation: you adjust steps, add one or take one out.

Can an automation write as well?

Yes, with an AI step: reading, sorting, summarising and writing, in your tone and following your Company Brain. If you want to read along first, put an approval step after it.
