Frequently asked questions

We have a garage package. Can Altramano work alongside it?

If the package offers an integration or an export; otherwise we work with mail, the diary and tables beside the package.

Can the customer get messages through WhatsApp?

Yes, WhatsApp is an integration.

Does AI decide what needs doing to the car?

No. The mechanic judges; Altramano handles the communication and the administration around it.

What if the AI makes a mistake?

You set the limit. Above it, it comes to you first, and you can look back at everything.

Is this yet another system?

No. Your systems stay. Altramano does the work between them, and builds what you are missing.

Are we allowed to do this with our customer data?

Your own environment is in Amsterdam. If the data has to stay in the EU, Altramano only uses providers that process in the EU.
