Order monitor
Flags orders that get stuck: not paid, not shipped or in transit too long.
Saves, estimated: ± 5 hours a week
Order monitor is an AI agent from Altramano for webshop and payments. An AI agent does a task that involves reading, assessing or writing, such as assessing an enquiry or drafting a reply. It puts it in front of you, or does it itself if you want it to.
What it does
- Reads the orders from your web shop and their status every day.
- Sees an order that stays in the same step too long.
- Reports it with the order attached: what is missing, since when.
- Drafts a message to the customer when the delivery is late.
An example
- In
- An order three days old, paid, but not yet shipped.
- Out
- A note to the warehouse and a message to the customer about the delay, for approval.

Frequently asked questions
What is too long?
You set that per step: for instance a day between payment and shipping, and five days in transit.
Does it see failed payments too?
Yes, through Mollie or Stripe. An order without payment after an hour gets a note.
Can it follow the carrier?
If the web shop keeps the tracking number, it reads that too.
