Five things that run on their own
A payment request on an invoice sent
With every invoice someone makes a payment link by hand.
When an invoice is sent, a payment request is created in Buckaroo and the link put with the invoice.
Connecting Buckaroo with Altramano means: the Buckaroo integration connects Altramano to your Buckaroo account through the website key and the secret key. Payment requests and refunds are created and transaction statuses followed, all in your own environment in Amsterdam and with approval wherever you want it. The integration does not make payouts.

Payments are matched by hand.
When a transaction jumps to paid, the matching invoice in your books is prepared as paid.
A refund is made by hand in the payment platform.
On an approved return the refund is ready in Buckaroo; after a yes it goes out.
Nobody sees which payment requests are still open.
The status of the open payment requests is pulled; with a request without a payment a reminder is ready.
An IBAN is retyped and only checked at the first payment.
A new IBAN from a form or an invoice is checked and parsed through Buckaroo before it lands in your master data.
A payment request on an invoice sent. Now: with every invoice someone makes a payment link by hand. With Altramano: when an invoice is sent, a payment request is created in Buckaroo and the link put with the invoice. The agent does this with Buckaroo through your own details, in your own environment in Amsterdam. Whatever goes out or gets booked, it puts to you first: you say yes, then it runs. Every run is in Runs.
With the website key and the secret key of your Buckaroo account (Plaza → My Buckaroo → Websites, and Settings → Secret Key). Every request is signed with them; both are stored encrypted.
No. The integration creates payment requests and refunds and reads statuses; payouts to an account it cannot make.
No. Altramano reads the status and the amount through the API; card and account details stay with Buckaroo.
Yes. You choose it in your environment under Integrations and connect in a few minutes.
Then there is the general HTTP integration, or we extend the integration if the system has an API.
Yes, in Altramano under Integrations and, where you log in at the service, in Buckaroo itself too.
