Five things that run on their own
Creating a label from an order
Every order is retyped in Mijn PostNL.
A new order from your webshop or mailbox becomes a shipment with a barcode and a label, ready to print.
Connecting PostNL with Altramano means: the PostNL integration connects Altramano to your business PostNL account through an API key. Labels are created, shipments confirmed and tracked and addresses checked, all in your own environment in Amsterdam and with approval wherever you want it. The integration is there for contract customers of PostNL.
Every order is retyped in Mijn PostNL.
A new order from your webshop or mailbox becomes a shipment with a barcode and a label, ready to print.
The customer asks by mail where their parcel is.
With every shipment that has a new status a message with the track and trace link is ready for the customer.
A wrong address only shows up when the parcel comes back.
Before the label the address is checked on postcode and house number; a discrepancy is reported.
The customer does not hear when the parcel arrives.
With the confirmation the expected delivery date is calculated and put in the mail.
Someone counts the shipments by hand every week.
The changed shipments are pulled and put in your mailbox or Teams as a weekly overview per status.
Creating a label from an order. Now: every order is retyped in Mijn PostNL. With Altramano: a new order from your webshop or mailbox becomes a shipment with a barcode and a label, ready to print. The agent does this with PostNL through API key, in your own environment in Amsterdam. Whatever goes out or gets booked, it puts to you first: you say yes, then it runs. Every run is in Runs.
Through an API key from your Mijn PostNL Zakelijk account (Mijn account → API-beheer). The integration is only for contract customers of PostNL: without a business account PostNL does not issue a key. The key is kept encrypted.
Yes. The integration pulls the nearest PostNL points and the delivery slots available at an address, for the checkout of your webshop for instance.
Only in steps you set up without approval. By default a shipment is ready and waits for a yes; every run is in Runs.
Yes. You choose it in your environment under Integrations and connect in a few minutes.
Then there is the general HTTP integration, or we extend the integration if the system has an API.
Yes, in Altramano under Integrations and, where you log in at the service, in PostNL itself too.
