Five things that run on their own
A payment link on an invoice sent
With every invoice someone makes a payment link by hand.
When an invoice is sent, a payment order is created at Pay. and the payment link put with the invoice.
Connecting Pay. with Altramano means: the Pay. integration connects Altramano to your Pay. account (formerly Pay.nl) through the code and the secret of your sales location and an API token. Payment orders are created, statuses followed and transactions refunded, all in your own environment in Amsterdam and with approval wherever you want it. The integration does not make payouts.

Payments are matched by hand.
When an order jumps to paid, the matching invoice in your books is prepared as paid.
A refund is made by hand in the payment platform.
On an approved return the refund is ready at Pay.; after a yes it goes out.
Orders that the Verify module holds stay put until someone sees them.
A held order is reported with its details beside it; approving or rejecting happens after a yes.
Someone works out every week what has been refunded.
The refunds are pulled and put in your mailbox or Teams as a weekly overview.
A payment link on an invoice sent. Now: with every invoice someone makes a payment link by hand. With Altramano: when an invoice is sent, a payment order is created at Pay. and the payment link put with the invoice. The agent does this with Pay. through your own details, in your own environment in Amsterdam. Whatever goes out or gets booked, it puts to you first: you say yes, then it runs. Every run is in Runs.
With the SL code and the secret of your sales location (Settings → Sales locations) and the AT code with an API token (Merchant → API tokens). Everything is stored encrypted.
