Five things that run on their own
A payment link on an invoice sent
With every invoice someone makes a payment link by hand.
When an invoice is sent, a payment link is created at Adyen and put with the invoice.
Connecting Adyen with Altramano means: the Adyen integration connects Altramano to your Adyen merchant account through an API key. Payment links are created and followed and payments captured, refunded or cancelled, all in your own environment in Amsterdam and with approval wherever you want it. The integration does not make payouts.

Payments are matched by hand.
When a payment link jumps to completed, the matching invoice in your books is prepared as paid.
A refund is made by hand in the Customer Area.
On an approved return the refund is ready at Adyen; after a yes it goes out.
Nobody sees which payment links expire without a payment.
The status of the payment links is pulled; with an expired link a new link with a reminder is ready.
A cancelled order leaves an authorisation open.
On a cancelled order the authorisation at Adyen is cancelled and the customer notified.
A payment link on an invoice sent. Now: with every invoice someone makes a payment link by hand. With Altramano: when an invoice is sent, a payment link is created at Adyen and put with the invoice. The agent does this with Adyen through your own details, in your own environment in Amsterdam. Whatever goes out or gets booked, it puts to you first: you say yes, then it runs. Every run is in Runs.
With the API key of an API credential in the Adyen Customer Area (Developers → API credentials), your merchant account and, for live, the URL prefix of your account. Everything is stored encrypted.

Then there is the general HTTP integration, or we extend the integration if the system has an API.
