Five things that run on their own
Creating a shipment from an order
Every order is retyped into MyParcel.
A new order from your webshop or mailbox becomes a shipment in MyParcel, with the label ready.
Connecting MyParcel with Altramano means: the MyParcel integration connects Altramano to your MyParcel account through an API key. Shipments are created and followed, labels and track and trace pulled and return links made, all in your own environment in Amsterdam and with approval wherever you want it.
Every order is retyped into MyParcel.
A new order from your webshop or mailbox becomes a shipment in MyParcel, with the label ready.
The customer asks by mail where their parcel is.
With every shipment with a new status a message with the track-and-trace link is ready for the customer.
Return links are made one by one by hand.
On an approved return request the return link is made and mailed to the customer.
A parcel that is not moving is only noticed when the customer calls.
Shipments are followed; if a shipment stands still too long, customer service gets a notification.
Someone counts the shipments by hand every week.
The shipments are searched and put in your mailbox or Teams as a weekly overview.
Creating a shipment from an order. Now: every order is retyped into MyParcel. With Altramano: a new order from your webshop or mailbox becomes a shipment in MyParcel, with the label ready. The agent does this with MyParcel through API key, in your own environment in Amsterdam. Whatever goes out or gets booked, it puts to you first: you say yes, then it runs. Every run is in Runs.
With the API key of your MyParcel account (Settings → General → API key in the backoffice). The key is stored encrypted.
Yes: create a new key in MyParcel or delete the integration in Altramano under Integrations. Both take effect immediately.
Only in steps you set up without approval. By default a shipment in MyParcel is ready and waits for a yes; every run is in Runs.
Yes. You choose it in your environment under Integrations and connect in a few minutes.
Then there is the general HTTP integration, or we extend the integration if the system has an API.
