AI for webshop and payments
Orders into the books and the planning, payments matched to invoices, stock in view.
Those hours go into your range and your customers, instead of into hunting down orders and payments.
Webshop and payments is a department in Altramano with 9 ready-made templates for orders, payments and stock.
What runs on its own
- New orders from Shopify or WooCommerce into the books and the planning.
- Matching payments and refunds to invoices.
- Stock notifications with a proposed order.
- A daily revenue message in Teams.
- Handling returns with a confirmation and a credit note for approval.
9 templates for this department
Every template comes with a manual in plain English. Choose one, point it at one or two integrations, fill in three settings at most.
| Sjabloon | Soort | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Order → confirmation and table | automation + assistant | Every order (through a webhook from your webshop) lands in a table and the customer gets a confirmation, for approval. |
| Payment → bookkeeping | automation | Paid orders are bundled daily for the books (Visma, Basecone, AFAS or Exact), ready to book. |
| Daily revenue | automation | Every morning, yesterday's revenue from your orders table: the count, the amount, the top products. |

One workspace
Everything in one place.
What you see on this page happens in one place. You ask the Studio, automations and AI agents do the work, and what your systems cannot do, you add with an app. Everything works with your Company Brain and with the systems you already have.
Start with what you need now. The rest is already included.
See what is in each tierYou set the limit
What falls within it runs by itself. What falls outside it comes to you first.
For example: it books invoices under €1,000 straight through; above that, they come to you first. You choose that amount yourself. You can look back at everything that has happened.
Frequently asked questions
Which webshops and payment services?
Shopify, WooCommerce, Mollie and Stripe are on straight away; others through HTTP or a webhook.
Does it book into the accounts by itself?
Orders and payments can be booked automatically; credit notes and anomalies go through approval. You choose, per step.
What about a duplicate order?
The automation recognises duplicates by order number and sets them aside for checking.
What if the AI makes a mistake?
You set the limit. Above it, it comes to you first, and you can look back at everything.
Is this yet another system?
No. Your systems stay. Altramano does the work between them, and builds what you are missing.
Are we allowed to do this with our customer data?
Your own environment is in Amsterdam. If the data has to stay in the EU, Altramano only uses providers that process in the EU.
