Five things that run on their own
A new bol order in your warehouse or books
Orders are retyped from the seller account.
Every new order is a trigger; the order is ready in your warehouse system or books.
Connecting bol.com Retailer with Altramano means: the bol.com Retailer integration connects Altramano to your bol seller account through the Retailer API. Orders, returns and offers are read, shipments registered and stock and price updated, all in your own environment in Amsterdam and with approval wherever you want it.
Orders are retyped from the seller account.
Every new order is a trigger; the order is ready in your warehouse system or books.
After packing someone registers every shipment with bol by hand.
As soon as a shipment has a track-and-trace code, it is registered with bol.
The stock on bol lags behind and things are sold that are not there.
On a stock change in your warehouse the stock of the offer on bol is updated.
Returns are handled one by one in the seller account.
New returns are pulled and prepared with a proposal; after a yes they are handled.
Someone looks in the seller account every week to see what has been sold.
Orders and invoices are pulled and put in your mailbox or Teams as a weekly overview.
A new bol order in your warehouse or books. Now: orders are retyped from the seller account. With Altramano: every new order is a trigger; the order is ready in your warehouse system or books. The agent does this with bol.com Retailer through your own details, in your own environment in Amsterdam. Whatever goes out or gets booked, it puts to you first: you say yes, then it runs. Every run is in Runs.
You need a bol seller account. From Settings → Retailer API settings you take a client id and client secret; you put those in the integration, and they are stored encrypted.
The integration reads the LVB stock. Orders that bol ships itself you do not need to register; the trigger is about orders you ship yourself.
Yes: delete the API details in your seller account or the integration in Altramano under Integrations. Both take effect immediately.
Yes. You choose it in your environment under Integrations and connect in a few minutes.
Then there is the general HTTP integration, or we extend the integration if the system has an API.
