Purchase invoice processor
Reads the purchase invoices in your mailbox and sets them up in your accounting package, for approval.
Saves, estimated: ± 2 hours a week
Purchase invoice processor is an AI agent from Altramano for administration and finance. An AI agent does a task that involves reading, assessing or writing, such as assessing an enquiry or drafting a reply. It puts it in front of you, or does it itself if you want it to.
What it does
- Picks every purchase invoice out of the mailbox, even as an attachment in a forwarded mail.
- Reads supplier, invoice number, amount and VAT and puts them in the file.
- Sets the invoice up in Exact, Visma, AFAS, SnelStart, e-Boekhouden, Twinfield and more.
- Flags deviations: an unknown supplier, an amount that does not match, a duplicate invoice.
An example
- In
- A mail from a wholesaler with a PDF of €1,284.50, VAT 21 percent, payment term 30 days.
- Out
- A booking ready on the right ledger account, with the PDF in the file and the question: approve?

Where the limit lies
By default you approve every invoice before it is booked. If you want invoices under a certain amount to go through by themselves, for example under €1,000, you set that limit yourself. A deviation always goes to the top of the list.
Templates it bundles

Frequently asked questions
Does it work with my accounting package?
With Exact Online, Visma eAccounting, AFAS Profit, SnelStart, e-Boekhouden and Basecone, using the package's official login. Another package through the general integration.
Who approves the booking?
You, or the colleague you assign. Above your limit nothing is booked without a yes. Every approval can be read back.
What does it do with an invoice it cannot read?
It sets it aside with the reason, for instance a scan without text. You add the details and the rest simply carries on.
