Bank reconciler

Matches incoming bank transactions to the right invoices and puts only the deviations in front of you.

Saves, estimated: ± 1 hour a week

Bank reconciler is an AI agent from Altramano for administration and finance. An AI agent does a task that involves reading, assessing or writing, such as assessing an enquiry or drafting a reply. It puts it in front of you, or does it itself if you want it to.

What it does

  • Reads the new bank transactions and looks up the matching invoice by number, amount and name.
  • Matches a payment that fits exactly and sets it up in your accounting package.
  • Puts forward a payment that does not fit: a different amount, a partial payment, an unknown sender.
  • Makes a short list of what is still open at the end of the week.

An example

In
A credit of €2,400 with an invoice number and a customer's name as the description.
Out
The payment matched to invoice 2026-0412 and set up; a partial payment of €1,200 on another invoice put forward separately.

Frequently asked questions

Does it book in the accounts itself?

Only a payment that fits an invoice exactly, and only if you switch that on. By default it sets up and you say yes.

What does it do with a payment without an invoice number?

It searches by amount and name. If nothing fits, the transaction goes on the list of deviations, with what it did find.

Does it work with Mollie and Stripe?

Yes. Payments from your web shop through Mollie or Stripe it finds back in your accounts, even when they sit together in one payout.
