Accounts receivable with AI: reminders that send themselves

Accounts receivable is the same work every week: reconciling payments, checking who is past the due date, sending a reminder. Four agents take it over and every Monday you see what is coming in and going out. A reminder goes in your tone, and only after your approval.

Frequently asked questions

Does the agent send reminders to my customers by itself?

Only if you set it that way. By default every reminder is ready for approval; the first reminder can go by itself, the second and third keep going past you.

Does this work with my accounting package and my bank?

The open items come from Exact Online, Visma eAccounting, AFAS Profit, SnelStart or e-Boekhouden. The agent reads the bank transactions from your accounting package, not directly from your bank.

What happens with a customer who does not respond?

The receivables monitor reports who is still silent after two reminders, so you can call. The agent does not call and does not engage a collection agency.
