Order entry agent is an AI agent from Altramano for webshop and payments. An AI agent does a task that involves reading, assessing or writing, such as assessing an enquiry or drafting a reply. It puts it in front of you, or does it itself if you want it to.
What it does
- Reads an order from a mail, a PDF or a customer's spreadsheet.
- Recognises the items by your item numbers or by the description.
- Sets the order up in your web shop, ERP or table, with the customer and the delivery address.
- Puts an order forward when an item is unknown or a quantity odd.
An example
- In
- A PDF from a regular customer with 28 lines, two of them with an old item number.
- Out
- An order with 26 lines ready for checking, and two lines with a question.

Frequently asked questions
Does it read every layout?
Mail, PDF and Excel, even when every customer has their own layout. A scan without text it reads as an image.
What if a customer uses an old item number?
Then it proposes the new one, if you have recorded that mapping, and otherwise it asks.
Does it work with my ERP?
With Business Central, with your web shop, and otherwise with a table you import. In the demo we look at what fits.
