What it does
What you need
- Microsoft Outlook
- Everything that goes out, this template puts to you first: you say yes before anything leaves.
How does getting refunds approved work with AI?
Refund requests (a form or a forwarded mail) land in the "Refunds" table. You approve; after that the customer gets a confirmation and administration gets the instruction to refund through Mollie or Stripe.
