What it does

Choose a GetConnector the administrator has put in the App connector, a field that increases (CreateDate, for instance) and a key field. Every new row arrives as text in the "AFAS rows" table and the recipient gets a mail. Handy for new employees, purchase invoices or case items — whatever the connector delivers.

  • AFAS Profit — reading and writing in AFAS Profit through GetConnectors and UpdateConnectors, per administration, with a trigger on new rows or a Profit notification, connected through logging in to the service.
  • Microsoft Outlook — find, send, answer and draft mail in Outlook and pull attachments, with a trigger on new mail, connected through logging in to the service.
