Invoice scanning and processing with AI
Invoice scanning is work that comes back every week: pulling the PDF out of the mail, retyping the amounts, checking the entry. Four agents take it over, from the purchase invoice in your inbox to the e-invoice that goes out. You approve before anything is booked.

Frequently asked questions
Does this work with my accounting package?
Yes, with Exact Online, Visma eAccounting, AFAS Profit, SnelStart, e-Boekhouden and Basecone, through the package's official login. Another package connects through the generic integration.
What if an invoice cannot be read?
Then the agent sets it aside with the reason, for example a scan without text. You fill in the details; the rest simply carries on.
Do I have to switch on all four agents at once?
No. Most businesses start with the purchase invoice processor and add the others once that works. They are all in your fixed price.
