Where the limit lies
The manager approves every request. The agent prepares and keeps track.
Please note: With absence it does the administration only: the date of the report and the date of recovery. It never asks for the reason and stores no medical details.

Frequently asked questions
Does it ask a sick employee what is wrong?
No, never. It records the report and the date, and tells the manager that someone is ill. Nothing more.
Does it work with my payroll package?
It keeps the balances in a table or in your package, if there is an integration for it. Ask in the demo.
Can an employee see their balance?
Yes, they can ask in the Studio or by message, and then see their own balance.
