Connecting Nmbrs

Connecting Nmbrs with Altramano means: the Nmbrs integration connects Altramano to the payroll administration in Nmbrs through the official Nmbrs login; the books of Nmbrs Accounting are a separate integration. Employees, payroll runs and annual statements are read and a new employee created, all in your own environment in Amsterdam and with approval wherever you want it.

A payroll run reported to the administration

Now

Nobody knows exactly when the payroll run has been processed.

With Altramano

Every new payroll run is a trigger; the administration gets a message with the employees in it.

Saves, estimated± 5 minutes a week
LimitLimit: runs by itself; you can look back at it in Runs.

Annual statements prepared

Now

Annual statements are pulled and mailed one by one.

With Altramano

At the start of the year the annual statements per employee are pulled and put in the personnel file.

BenefitAnnual statements pulled and put in the file.
LimitApproval: yes.

Hours per cost centre for project control

Now

Hours and costs per project are gathered together from two systems.

With Altramano

Cost centres, cost units and hour codes are pulled so the Studio can show hours and wage costs per project.

Saves, estimated± 1 hour a week
LimitLimit: runs by itself; you can look back at it in Runs.

An employee overview for the team leader

Now

The team leader asks HR for an up-to-date list.

With Altramano

The employees per company are pulled and put in Teams or the mailbox as an overview.

Saves, estimated± 5 minutes a week
LimitLimit: runs by itself; you can look back at it in Runs.

You connect through logging in to the service. The integration has 12 actions and 1 trigger.

What an AI agent does with Nmbrs

A new colleague created on joining. Now: the details of a new colleague are retyped from the mail into Nmbrs. With Altramano: from the signed contract or the intake form the employee is created in Nmbrs; after a yes they are ready for the first payroll run. The agent does this with Nmbrs through logging in to the service, in your own environment in Amsterdam. Whatever goes out or gets booked, it puts to you first: you say yes, then it runs. Every run is in Runs.

How you connect it

  1. In Altramano, go to Integrations and choose Nmbrs.
  2. Connect through logging in to the service. Altramano keeps only an access key, encrypted, in your own environment.
  3. Choose a template or describe the task in the Studio. Test it against your real integration.
  4. Say yes before it goes live. After that it runs by itself, with every run there to read back.

Everything runs in your own environment in Amsterdam. You set the limit: what falls within it runs by itself; what falls outside it comes to you first. Every run is there to read back step by step in Runs.

Frequently asked questions

How do I connect Nmbrs?

You sign in with your Nmbrs account and give permission per company; the app registration and the subscription to the Nmbrs API come from the environment of Altramano, registered as a partner with Nmbrs.

Is this the same as Nmbrs Accounting?

No. This integration is the payroll and HR administration of Nmbrs; Nmbrs Accounting (formerly Yuki) is the books and a separate integration on this site.

Does it process salaries or pay them out?

No. The integration reads payroll runs, employees and annual statements and creates an employee; processing and paying out salaries happens in Nmbrs itself.

Is this integration on right away?

Yes. You choose it in your environment under Integrations and connect in a few minutes.

What if Nmbrs cannot do something through the integration?

Then there is the general HTTP integration, or we extend the integration if the system has an API.

Can I withdraw the integration again?

Yes, in Altramano under Integrations and, where you log in at the service, in Nmbrs itself too.
