HR administration automation: leave and onboarding

HR administration is work that comes in between: a new colleague, a leave request, missing hours, changes for the payroll package. Four agents take it over and the manager approves. On sick leave only the date is recorded, never the reason.

Frequently asked questions

Who approves a leave request?

The manager, always. The leave processor checks the balance and whether too many colleagues are away at once, and puts the leave in the diary after approval.

Does the agent store medical data?

No. On a sick report it records only the date of the report and the date of return. It never asks for the reason.

Does this work with my payroll package?

Check that with your payroll provider first. With AFAS there is an integration; without one the payroll change processor delivers an overview you enter yourself.
