Knowledge management with AI: a knowledge base of your files
Knowledge management is a knowledge base that answers from your own documents, with the source. Three agents take it over: a colleague's question, the new document in the right place under the right name, and the contract with its deadlines in the diary. Nothing goes outside.

Frequently asked questions
Where do my documents have to be?
In SharePoint, OneDrive or Google Drive. The agents read the folders you point them to and nothing beyond.
What if the answer is not in the documents?
Then the knowledge base assistant says so and refers to the colleague who knows. It invents no answer.
Does the archivist ever delete anything?
Never. It renames and moves according to your rules; a document it is unsure about, it sets aside.
