Contract reader
Summarises a contract, marks what deviates from your standard and puts the deadlines in the diary.
Benefit: Deviations from your standard contract are marked.
Contract reader is an AI agent from Altramano for documents and communication. An AI agent does a task that involves reading, assessing or writing, such as assessing an enquiry or drafting a reply. It puts it in front of you, or does it itself if you want it to.
What it does
- Reads the contract you give it, even a scan.
- Summarises what is in it: parties, term, price, notice period, liability.
- Puts it next to your standard and marks every deviation.
- Puts the termination date and other deadlines in the diary, with a reminder before.
An example
- In
- A 22-page lease for new business premises.
- Out
- A one-page summary, five deviations from your standard marked, and the notice period in the diary.

Where the limit lies
You decide whether you sign. The agent reads and marks; it signs nothing and sends nothing.
Please note: This is not legal advice. A contract that matters you put to a lawyer. The agent helps you see what to look out for.

Frequently asked questions
Does it replace a lawyer?
No. It shows you what it says and what deviates. Judging whether that is good stays with a person.
What is my standard?
A document with what you normally agree: notice period, payment term, liability. It puts the contract next to that.
Does the contract stay in my environment?
Yes. It does not go outside and nobody else sees it.
