Task collector
Picks tasks out of mail and chat and puts them in your task list, with a date if one is mentioned.
Saves, estimated: ± 1.5 hours a week
Task collector is an AI agent from Altramano for daily work. An AI agent does a task that involves reading, assessing or writing, such as assessing an enquiry or drafting a reply. It puts it in front of you, or does it itself if you want it to.
What it does
- Recognises in a mail or a chat message a request that is a task.
- Puts the task in your task list, with the sender and the date if one is mentioned.
- Adds a link to the message, so you find the context again.
- Asks you when it is unsure whether something is a task.
An example
- In
- A chat message from a colleague: can you check the quote for the housing association before Friday?
- Out
- A task in your list: check housing association quote, Friday, with the link to the message.

Templates it bundles
| Sjabloon | Soort | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| "Expiring today" from a table | automation + assistant | Everything with an end date in one table; every morning you hear what expires today or this week. |
| Reminder for unanswered mail after 3 days | automation | Every morning, a short list of mails that have been waiting three days for your reply. |
Frequently asked questions
Does it turn every mail into a task?
No. Only a request to you. A newsletter or an announcement it leaves.
What if it misses a task?
Then you add it yourself and it learns from that. You can also forward it a message with the word task.
Does it work with my task list?
With To Do, Trello and Asana, or with a list in your own environment.
