Minutes with AI, with action items that get followed up

Taking minutes is the work that is left behind after the meeting, and the action items after that. Three agents take it over: the scheduling, the minutes with decisions and action items, and the check on the agreed date. The minutes go to the participants only after your approval.

These agents take it over

  • Diary manager

Schedules meetings between several people, also outside your company, and keeps your diary workable.

    Saves, estimated: ± 1 hour a week
  • Minute taker

Turns a meeting into minutes with decisions and action points, with owner and date.

Benefit: Minutes with decisions and action points, ready.
  • Action item tracker

Follows up the agreements from meetings: who was going to do what, when, and whether it happened.

Saves, estimated: ± 1 hour a week, and fewer forgotten agreements

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to record the meeting?

Not necessarily. The minute taker reads the transcript from Teams or Zoom, a recording, or your own notes.

Do the minutes go to everyone by themselves?

Only after your approval. The action item tracker then reminds only your own colleagues; nothing goes outside.

What if someone does not do their action item?

Then the action item tracker asks after the date whether it has happened and adds the answer. It changes no agreement.
