Connecting Exact Multivers

Connecting Exact Multivers with Altramano means: the Exact Multivers integration connects Altramano to your Exact Multivers books (formerly Unit4 Multivers) through the official Exact login. Customers, invoices, balances and the ledger are read and customers created or updated, all in your own environment in Amsterdam and with approval wherever you want it.

What an AI agent does with Exact Multivers

Outstanding invoices and reminders. Now: someone pulls the outstanding items per customer every week and types reminders. With Altramano: the outstanding invoices and the debtor balance per customer are pulled; per customer a reminder is ready in your tone. The agent does this with Exact Multivers through logging in to the service, in your own environment in Amsterdam. Whatever goes out or gets booked, it puts to you first: you say yes, then it runs. Every run is in Runs.

How you connect it

  1. In Altramano, go to Integrations and choose Exact Multivers.
  2. Connect through logging in to the service. Altramano keeps only an access key, encrypted, in your own environment.
  3. Choose a template or describe the task in the Studio. Test it against your real integration.
  4. Say yes before it goes live. After that it runs by itself, with every run there to read back.

Everything runs in your own environment in Amsterdam. You set the limit: what falls within it runs by itself; what falls outside it comes to you first. Every run is there to read back step by step in Runs.

Frequently asked questions

How do I connect Exact Multivers?

You sign in with your Exact Multivers Online account and grant access; you choose the administration per step. The integration uses an app registration that the administrator creates on Exact's API portal.

Is this the same as Exact Online?

No. Exact Multivers is the former Unit4 Multivers, with its own API; Exact Online is a separate integration on this site.

Does it book without me seeing it?

The integration reads invoices, balances and the ledger and creates customers. The latter happens only in steps you set up without approval; every run is in Runs.

Is this integration on right away?

Yes. You choose it in your environment under Integrations and connect in a few minutes.

What if Exact Multivers cannot do something through the integration?

Then there is the general HTTP integration, or we extend the integration if the system has an API.

Can I withdraw the integration again?

Yes, in Altramano under Integrations and, where you log in at the service, in Exact Multivers itself too.
