Application summariser
Summarises incoming CVs against the requirements of the vacancy, so a person can decide faster and better.
Benefit: CVs summarised next to the vacancy's requirements.
Application summariser is an AI agent from Altramano for HR. An AI agent does a task that involves reading, assessing or writing, such as assessing an enquiry or drafting a reply. It puts it in front of you, or does it itself if you want it to.
What it does
- Reads every CV and every cover letter that comes in.
- Summarises per applicant what it says, next to the requirements of the vacancy.
- Lines the summaries up, without an order from best to worst.
- Sends the applicant an acknowledgement and tells you there are new applications.
An example
- In
- Nine applications for a vacancy, by mail, with CV and cover letter.
- Out
- Nine half-page summaries, with what the applicant writes about each requirement.

Where the limit lies
A person always decides who is invited and who is not. The agent summarises and makes no proposal.
Please note: Recruitment is high risk under the AI Act. That is why this agent does not rank, does not score and rejects nobody. It summarises; a person decides.

Frequently asked questions
Does it pick the best candidate?
No, deliberately not. It puts the summaries side by side and you choose. That keeps the decision with a person, as the law asks.
What does it do with applicants' data?
It stays in your own environment. You set a retention period, and after that it is deleted.
Does it send a rejection?
Only if you set one up. It writes no rejection of its own accord.
