Action item tracker
Follows up the agreements from meetings: who was going to do what, when, and whether it happened.
Saves, estimated: ± 1 hour a week, and fewer forgotten agreements
Action item tracker is an AI agent from Altramano for management and office. An AI agent does a task that involves reading, assessing or writing, such as assessing an enquiry or drafting a reply. It puts it in front of you, or does it itself if you want it to.
What it does
- Reads the action points from the minutes and the task list.
- Reminds the owner a few days before the date, briefly and kindly.
- Asks after the date whether it was done and records the answer.
- Makes a list of open and completed points for the next meeting.
An example
- In
- Seven action points from last week's meeting, two with a date that expires tomorrow.
- Out
- Two reminders to the owners, and for the next meeting a list: four done, three open.
Integrations it uses

Frequently asked questions
Is a reminder like that not annoying?
It reminds once, briefly, in the tone you choose. Not every day.
Where do the action points come from?
From the minutes of the Minute taker or from a task list you connect.
Can it close a point itself?
Only when the owner says it is done. It closes nothing of its own accord.
