Work-related costs monitor
Keeps track of the free allowance of the Dutch work-related costs scheme and warns before you exceed it.
Benefit: A warning before you exceed the free allowance.
Work-related costs monitor is an AI agent from Altramano for management and office. An AI agent does a task that involves reading, assessing or writing, such as assessing an enquiry or drafting a reply. It puts it in front of you, or does it itself if you want it to.
What it does
- Calculates the free allowance from the wage sum you enter or from your payroll package.
- Reads the costs that fall under the scheme from your accounts: parties, gifts, allowances.
- Keeps track of how much allowance is left and warns at a limit you choose.
- Gives your bookkeeper an overview at the end of the year.
An example
- In
- A Christmas hamper for 30 employees, booked in December.
- Out
- A note: after this booking 92 percent of the free allowance is used, with the year's overview.

Frequently asked questions
Does it know what falls under the scheme?
It uses the ledger accounts you or your bookkeeper assign for it. It does not judge itself whether something falls under it.
Does it give tax advice?
No. It keeps track and warns. For advice there is your bookkeeper or your accountant.
What if the wage sum changes?
Then you adjust the amount, or it reads it from your payroll package if that is connected.
