Does it read all my mail?
Only the mailbox you connect, and you can exclude folders. Everything stays in your own environment.
Does it send a reply?
Never. It drafts, and you send.
What if it misjudges a mail?
You move it, and it learns from that. A mail never gets lost: it deletes nothing.
