Summariser
Summarises long mail threads, documents and recordings into what you need to know and what is asked of you.
Saves, estimated: ± 2.5 hours a week
Summariser is an AI agent from Altramano for daily work. An AI agent does a task that involves reading, assessing or writing, such as assessing an enquiry or drafting a reply. It puts it in front of you, or does it itself if you want it to.
What it does
- Reads a long mail thread, a document or a transcript.
- Summarises in a few lines: what is going on, what has been decided, what is being asked.
- Puts the questions to you at the top.
- Keeps the summary with the original, so you can look back.
An example
- In
- A mail thread of 23 messages about a renovation, with you in cc.
- Out
- Five lines: what has been agreed, what is still open, and the one question aimed at you.

Frequently asked questions
Does it miss things?
It summarises and leaves details out; that is why the original is always attached. A question to you it never leaves out.
Can it summarise a meeting too?
Yes, from a recording or transcript. For minutes with action points there is the Minute taker.
Does this work after a holiday?
Especially then. Ask for a summary of everything you missed, per subject.
