How does answering customer objections work with AI?

An AI agent works with its own instructions and its own sources, which you start in the Studio or from an automation.

Say what the customer said ("too expensive", "we do it ourselves", "maybe later") and the assistant gives you three ways to respond: a question to dig deeper, an answer with an example, and a proposal for the next step.

No external integration is needed: the data is in a table or form in your own environment, or in the documents you give the AI agent.
