How does answering questions from a knowledge base work with AI?

An AI agent works with its own instructions and its own sources, which you start in the Studio or from an automation.

Upload reports, articles and notes to the knowledge base. Ask what you want to know and get an answer with its source named and quoted. If it is not in there, it says so.

No external integration is needed: the data is in a table or form in your own environment, or in the documents you give the AI agent.
