Frequently asked questions
Am I allowed to just mail companies?
You may approach business contacts when your offer is aimed at them and you offer a way to unsubscribe. The agent always includes one. It does not approach private individuals.
Does it send by itself?
Never. You approve every mail. That is how this agent is set up and it cannot be switched off.
What happens with an unsubscribe?
It records it in your CRM and that contact never appears on a list again. It reads a reply like "not interested" the same way.
